Synposis
9 to 5: The Musical is a stage adaptation of the classic 1980 film, featuring music and lyrics by Dolly Parton, with a book by Patricia Resnick, telling the story of three female coworkers who take revenge on their sexist boss and transform their workplace for the better. Set in the late 1970s, the show follows Violet, Doralee, and Judy as they fantasize about —and then enact a plan to get even, leading to hilarious chaos and positive changes in their company.
